How long does it take to receive my products?
We process and ship most of our orders within 48 hours.
Based on our historical data, shipping time is around 5-17 working days
However, in rare occasions, your package may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control such as holidays and customs inspections.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours.
If your order has already left our warehouse, we can no longer help you to change or cancel your order.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please submit a request via email at support@myteehub.com
Your change or cancel request must include the following information:
- Your order number
- The name and email address used to place the order
Please note; due to privacy and security concerns, we can only process a cancellation request sent to us at support@myteehub.com
Cancellation requests cannot be submitted by phone, social media or alternative email addresses.

How can I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. How long is the returns process? Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
